Shipping

Our normal order processing time prior to shipping is 1- 2 business days. 

Packaging & Shipping Information:

Art prints sized 12x18 and smaller and cards are packaged and shipped in house.

Art prints sized 11x14 and smaller and cards are packaged in an eco-friendly certified compostable (commercial) clear plastic sleeve and shipped with a backing board for extra protection inside a rigid mailer.

Please note that due to the nature of the eco-friendly sleeves they are NOT archival and should not be used for storage, especially for original watercolor paintings.

Larger size prints may be shipped in a tube.

Canvas prints and prints 16x20 and larger and produced and shipped via a production partner / printer.

International Orders:

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are due once a shipment reaches your country and must be paid by the recipient before a shipment will be released. Indigo Wild Design Co has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs fees and policies vary for each country and may change regularly.

Please feel free to contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required by your country, it may cause delays outside of Indigo Wild Design Co's control.
