Shipping policy

Normal order processing time prior to shipping is 1- 2 business days. 

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are due once a shipment reaches your country and must be paid by the recipient before a shipment will be released. Indigo Wild Design Co has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Packaging Information:

Art is packaged in an eco-friendly certified compostable (commercial) clear plastic sleeve.

Please note that due to the nature of the eco-friendly sleeves they are NOT archival and should not be used for storage, especially for original watercolor paintings.

Art sized 11x14 and smaller is shipped with a backing board for extra protection inside a rigid mailer.

Larger size prints may be shipped in a tube.
